THE GAP YEAR IS FINISHED TODAY!

Sunday 19 January 2014

GOODAY loyal blogwatchers. Hope there is still some of you left out there.  Today my gap year officially ends.  I will be back on the Sunshine Coast on my boat tonight.

The last 2.5 weeks i have been bush bashing through Northern NSW nat parks, State forests and Nature reserves between Tenterfield down to Armidale in the west across to Murwillumbah and down to Kempsey near the coast.  I am basically all rainforested out by now.  Lots of rainforests. The silver flash van hasn't missed a beat.  :)

Well its been a great eye opening experience of a year with lots of highlights discovering lots of great new places.  I highly recommend this self sufficient style of trippin around AUS.   ( If you want to hear more then email me or call).  Its been very satisfying.

Now I have to get used to reality again.  That is bulk people, traffic etc after being in a lot of places with minimal or no people around at all for periods of time.

For those who are interested i plan to start a new post grad uni degree next month while also looking for a finance related job hopefully within government or the oil and gas industry.  Gotta keep the brain ticking over,  it has been fully refreshed this last year.

If anyone wants to see any more pictures or any of the short videos I have not put on here, let me know and i will post them on here for you..I will eventually upload all my videos on here via youtube.

Thanks for coming along for the ride and sharing the journey with me, its been fun.
