Another great sunset over the Flinders Ranges
Hey still at Coober Pedy for a few more days. Hey don't forget to checkout the 'Interactive Map' page on the blog as it shows where i have been going around AUS.  Its under the bus picture near the top....

Here are some pics of the Gammon Ranges Nat Park in the northern Flinders Ranges

I climbed up on mountain from the gorge below right. To get a better view. There are no tracks up, I just climbed zigzag

Grass Trees on mountain above the gorge

U know how scientists say Australia's inland was covered by seas x millions of years ago, well I found these sort of shape things up on mountain like heated within the rock

Sunset from Chambers Gorge lookin south

Hmmm, this kanga may have died from predator attack??

Mallee ringneck parrot

When u go bushwalking u come across all sorts of stuff including feral goats, obviously being culled.

Wildflowers

Camping by on one of the creek campgrounds in the Nat Park

Another example of the scientist inland sea thing.  Click on this pic to zoom in. Found this also up on mountain. Sea worms and other crazy little dudes. The sea must have been high  along time ago to get to the top of the mountain
